4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
7. Exceed behavioral expectations, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and participating in training.
9. Support stock control and management.
