- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and fostering client loyalty to maximize profitability.
- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting suitable products and offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge.

- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
