1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and fostering client loyalty to enhance profitability and productivity.
2. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection, offering advice and maintaining rapport.
4. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing extensive product knowledge.
5. Confidently and professionally process sales while maintaining client relationships.
6. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
7. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
8. Exceed behavioral expectations in the store, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
9. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends, participating in training, and seeking relevant product information.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.

3. Excellent personal presentation as a Kenzo Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of Retail KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
