Kenzo Retail Operations Manager

- Optimize staffing resources to align with store traffic.
- Model standard organizational structures for boutiques.
- Oversee operational aspects of IT and CRM projects.
- Conduct audits of sales and management operations in stores to ensure compliance with the store handbook and LVMH guidelines.
- Maintain and enhance the store handbook.
- Manage projects and implement processes to optimize inventory organization.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, returns, discounts, and unknown shrinkage.
- Manage the supply of non-commercial store necessities and establish a centralized procurement process.
- Support stores in addressing operational issues such as IT concerns and stock shortages.
- Represent the retail perspective on cross-functional topics, including after-sales service and store returns management.
- Coordinate store openings, renovations, and closures, including collaboration with external vendors.
- Assist in organizing events to support retail and clienteling teams.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- 5 to 8 years of retail experience, including in-store roles.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with adaptability to changing environments and diverse stakeholders.
