1. Assist in retail negotiations for boutique leases and department store contracts both domestically and internationally.
2. Prepare and oversee contracts related to marketing and communication events, including production, photographers, and videographers, as well as collaboration and partnership agreements.
3. Draft import contracts and amendments for exclusive distribution agreements.
4. Support the Data Protection Officer in tasks related to data processing agreements, compliance analysis for new projects, and updating the processing register.
5. Update contract management software and maintain various departmental dashboards related to real estate, corporate, and distribution.
6. Conduct legal research and monitor case law developments.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Business Law.
2. Ideally, previous internship experience in a legal setting.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
2. Comprehensive understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset.
4. Fluency in legal English is essential.
5. A keen interest in the fashion industry.

Ideal candidates will have beginner-level experience, preferably with a prior legal internship.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law (Bac+4/5).
