1. Drive the commercial performance of the designated area, monitoring sales figures and assessing the impact of implemented actions.
2. Conduct weekly performance indicator reviews and develop action plans in collaboration with store teams.
3. Regularly visit stores, dedicating four days per week to on-site presence.
4. Foster a strong business partnership with Sephora, maintaining close and sustainable relationships with store and headquarters teams.
5. Enhance brand visibility and adherence to excellence standards in-store, including stock management, merchandising, and customer journey visibility.
6. Develop and solidify the reputation of Kendo's brand portfolio through strategic actions aligned with launch calendars and trade marketing.
7. Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with Kendo's headquarters teams.
8. Manage and support the sales force, providing daily guidance and personalized training plans for animators.
9. Coordinate training events and negotiate local training actions with regional and store directors.

1. Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in an operational managerial role.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
3. Result-oriented with expertise in analyzing key performance indicators and translating data into actionable strategies.
4. Proficient in English and advanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
