Kendo HR Associate Manager

1. Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate data collection and communication with the outsourced payroll provider.
2. Manage personnel administration, including hiring and departure formalities, and preparation of employment contracts and regulatory documents.
3. Develop and maintain social dashboards to monitor staff activity, including absenteeism and payroll.
4. Support general HR functions, including managing inbound mail and participating in HR projects and events.
5. Coordinate program support and implementation of global initiatives from LVMH and HQ.
6. Ensure accurate data management, including HRIS and LMS systems, and maintain electronic HR files.
7. Collaborate with Executive Assistants to maintain accurate company organizational charts.
8. Monitor HR budgets and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordinator or associate manager role.
2. Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll management.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Fluent in English and French.
