1. Support the Webmaster in coordinating the editorial calendar to ensure seamless customer journeys and brand-aligned messaging.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content and activations.
3. Manage engraving requests and consolidate feedback from various markets.
4. Contribute to catalog maintenance and the launch of new products.
5. Assist in monthly performance reporting, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Conduct post-launch evaluations of new features.
7. Support SEO monitoring and reporting, including traffic visibility, keyword tracking, competitive analysis, and technical checks.
8. Provide monthly insights on services such as webchat and onsite search, supporting the implementation of improvements.
9. Contribute to the A/B testing roadmap by setting up tests in AB Tasty, analyzing results, and delivering recommendations.
10. Engage in ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the broader retail function.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with an internship requirement starting in October 2025.
2. First experience in e-commerce, with exposure to the luxury industry and fine watchmaking knowledge as a plus.

1. Proficiency in GA4, ContentSquare, AB Tasty, Semrush, and Looker Studio.
2. Fluency in English and French, with additional languages as an advantage.
3. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and solution-driven.

First experience in e-commerce, preferably within the luxury sector.
