- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Understand and implement action plans related to boutique KPIs as defined by management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in line with brand standards.
- Handle sales transactions confidently, including processing payments and managing returns.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing products.
- Build operational knowledge on all digital tools and adhere to commercial policies and security protocols.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
- Engage proactively with clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Identify client needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Seek opportunities to expand the client network through referrals and targeted outreach.
- Maintain client database and manage client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Invite clients to private events and provide exceptional after-sales service.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Jaeger-LeCoultre history, collections, and technical specifications.
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with passion and expertise.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Represent the Maison at exclusive events and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watchmaking or jewellery industry.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand a network of high-net-worth individuals.
- Fluency in Thai; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
