Jaeger LeCoultre Boutique Manager

- Lead and develop a high-performing team to foster a positive and results-oriented environment.
- Drive sales, marketing, profitability, and client service levels within the boutique.
- Manage and motivate a proactive team, setting goals for sales associates.
- Build and expand the client database, leading client development action plans.
- Ensure adherence to Brand and Group policies by the team.
- Achieve sales, product mix, and profitability targets set by management.
- Develop a network of high-end clients and establish strong relationships.
- Uphold the Brand’s customer service standards and policies.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings to ensure effective cross-functional communication.
- Organize and coach training sessions based on team development needs.
- Coordinate special CRM or marketing programs with the marketing team.
- Monitor and ensure the highest level of client service.
- Oversee CRM activities and maintain deep knowledge of the boutique client database.
- Ensure optimal representation of the Brand in the boutique, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in local and global Brand events.
- Supervise boutique administration and operations, including cash, transaction management, stock management, repairs, and security.
- Proven track record managing a luxury flagship boutique or similar sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong diplomatic skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful in generating new business and ideas.
- Commitment to excellence and execution.
- Team player with fair-mindedness.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within luxury retail or a similar sector such as jewelry, watches, or five-star hotel management.
