Hublot Watchmaker

- Perform comprehensive servicing of watches, including quartz, mechanical chronographs, and complications.
- Diagnose and report findings using company software (Pro-concept).
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and prepare watch cases, ensuring water resistance.
- Refinish case and bracelet components as needed.
- Conduct movement overhauls, including inspection, diagnosis, repair or replacement of parts, adjustment, cleaning, reassembly, and lubrication.
- Adjust and regulate escapement and oscillator.
- Fit dials and hands, and perform casing.
- Execute final testing and quality control processes.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished repairs and services to meet deadlines.
- Propose and contribute to improvement actions and projects.
- Watchmaking diploma preferred, or completion of one manufacturer training course or certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing high-value watches in a service center environment.
- Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and spare parts organization methods.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing business and environment.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Respectful of company and workshop policies and procedures.
