1. Manage the dispatch and receipt of mail and packages for all departments within the Manufacture.
2. Coordinate internal logistics, distributing goods and mail across various departments.
3. Maintain constant communication with transporters and collaborate closely with the export department, serving as a liaison between all departments of the Manufacture.
4. Prepare orders for all types of shipments to clients, subsidiaries, and distributors both domestically and internationally.
5. Perform various errands as required.

1. Proven experience in logistics, handling, or shipping.
2. Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license.

1. Proficiency in basic computer tools, including Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Proconcept is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to procedures.
4. Adaptability, flexibility, and dynamism.
5. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate sound judgment.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field is required.
