1. Serve as the technical reference for T1 workshop activities.
2. Propose and implement improvements to workshop activities.
3. Define and conduct tests to address quality issues within the workshop.
4. Contribute to the development and standardization of work processes and tool usage.
5. Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance continuous improvement in the workshop.
6. Provide technical advice and support to the department head and teams.
7. Participate in the training plan for new employees.
8. Assist in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Certified Watchmaker (CFC) with extensive experience in horology.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production and/or after-sales service workshop.
