- Serve as the technical reference for T1 workshop activities.
- Propose and implement improvements for workshop activities.
- Participate in the development of work ranges and standardization of specific tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the workshop using Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Provide technical advice and support to the department head and teams.
- Assist in the training plan for new employees.
- Engage in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.
- Holder of a CFC in watchmaking with substantial experience in the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
- Courage to face new challenges.
A minimum of 10 years in watchmaking within a production workshop and/or after-sales service environment.
