3. Participate in the development of work ranges and standardization of specific tools.

5. Provide technical advice and support to the department head and teams.
6. Assist in the training plan for new employees.
7. Engage in the deployment of new products and processes/equipment.

1. Holder of a CFC in watchmaking with substantial experience in the field.

A minimum of 10 years in watchmaking within a production workshop and/or after-sales service environment.
