Hublot Quality Control Manager

- Oversee the entire Quality Department at the Manufacture, including Component Control, Movement, Case, and Watch Workshops.
- Ensure rigorous application of quality criteria from production entry to exit as defined by Quality Assurance.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives within production workshops using QRQC methodologies.
- Manage supplier quality and validate submissions against established criteria.
- Coordinate internal and external audit systems in collaboration with Quality Assurance.
- Oversee the quality process for watches in boutiques, ensuring stock quality and technical updates.
- Manage the department's budget and quality documentation systems across industrial departments.
- Monitor quality indicators such as KPIs and dashboards, and manage waste allocation with the Finance Department.
- Implement and monitor 5S methodologies in industrial departments.
- Lead SPC deployment in manufacturing and in-process control, and oversee metrology.
- Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and unite teams.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, QRQC, audits, and metrology.
- Excellent understanding of ISO standards.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Ability to implement innovative procedures and manage change effectively.
A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking industry or a high-quality industrial sector.
Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
