2. Identify event goals, target audiences, and KPIs to measure success.
3. Coordinate all aspects of events, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
4. Oversee budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, and negotiations.
5. Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, staffing, and breakdown.
6. Analyze event success through post-event data, attendee feedback, and ROI measurement.
7. Work with Marketing teams to develop event themes, branding, and promotional materials.
8. Ensure events showcase the brand's identity and values effectively.
9. Ensure a superior guest experience through meticulous planning of event details, hospitality, and customer service.
10. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events to the target audience.
11. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align events with broader marketing initiatives.
12. Cultivate relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance event offerings.

1. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events.
