Hublot Assistant Boutique Director

1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing all operations of the Hublot boutique to maximize performance.
2. Ensure brand integrity in the boutique's market according to headquarters' standards.
3. Provide exceptional customer service in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
4. Manage and develop customer relationships.
5. Ensure daily display follows headquarters' guidelines and rotate regularly.
6. Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
7. Provide feedback to the Boutique Director on inventory mix.
8. Control inventory of timepieces, accessories, and spare parts.
9. Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory in coordination with After-Sales departments.
10. Assist in focusing the team on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
11. Assist in logistics for boutique events, including catering management and participation.
12. Build partnerships with local charities, shopping venues, and key networking sources.
13. Propose ideas to expand boutique awareness and presence in the local community.
14. Participate in local events.
15. Ensure the boutique's Instagram account is updated following headquarters' guidelines.
16. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and provide necessary information for new clients.
17. Act as the manager on the floor in the absence of the Boutique Director.
18. Assist in staff scheduling and payroll approval.
19. Mentor Sales Associates in customer service and relationship management.
20. Ensure compliance with Retail guidelines, policies, and procedures.
21. Provide feedback on employees’ performance and assist in training new hires.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
3. Previous retail luxury experience required.
4. Experience in assisting store management ideal.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in luxury retail, with a preference for those who have assisted in store management.
