1. Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Coordinate and manage inventory control and stock management.
5. Supervise and train boutique staff to maintain high performance standards.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
5. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
