1. Conduct and facilitate product, sales techniques, and service training sessions both virtually and in-person for retail and distribution teams, including Sephora, Marionnaud, and Nocibé, as well as Guerlain's own retail staff.
2. Evaluate training effectiveness by identifying key success factors and areas for improvement, developing actionable plans accordingly.
3. Prepare training materials and workshops, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
4. Adapt international training content to suit local needs, considering the duration, audience, and objectives of each session.
5. Compile post-training reports and develop strategic action plans based on findings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training facilitation within the luxury sector.
