1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and conveying Guerlain's values.
2. Plan and manage stock replenishment for assigned boutiques in collaboration with store managers.
3. Ensure customer service excellence by implementing stock processes and procedures set by Retail Management.
4. Monitor automatic replenishment orders and manage specific orders.
5. Oversee new product launches, ensuring timely and adequate stock availability.
6. Manage inter-boutique stock transfers and organize stock reserves and storage spaces.
7. Maintain optimal stock levels, addressing overstock, shortages, new launches, and catalog deletions.
8. Conduct annual and rolling inventories, tracking key stock management indicators.
9. Apply Guerlain and partner store stock procedures, ensuring compliance by managers and sales advisors.
10. Proactively suggest and implement procedural improvements.
11. Communicate essential product and stock information to the entire boutique team.
12. Facilitate effective communication within the stockist-manager-network manager triad.
13. Serve as the point of contact for logistics partners in department stores.
14. Share best practices among stockists and assist in onboarding new stockists.
