1. Assist the sales team in enhancing store revenue while maintaining brand image and service quality.
2. Greet and inform clients, directing them to sales advisors.
3. Present and propose various services offered by the brand to clients.
4. Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
5. Participate in the client loyalty program.
6. Prepare gift packages and product personalizations for clients.
7. Prepare client orders.

1. Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) or equivalent education and/or experience in luxury product sales.
2. Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in French is mandatory.
4. Good command of English is required.
