1. Deploy and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
2. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retail strategies with overall company goals.
4. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing frontline team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
5. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to Retail Supervisors and Counter Managers.
6. Ensure the highest level of client service is consistently provided across all retail locations.
7. Oversee retail operations, including inventory management, store layout, and visual merchandising, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
8. Ensure compliance with maison standard operation guidelines, corporate Internal Control policies, and Audit readiness.

1. University qualification in Business or a related field preferred.
2. More than 5 years of relevant retail experience in the beauty industry, luxury products, or higher segment consumer goods.

2. Proven ability to drive significant sales growth through effective sales strategies.
3. Expertise in managing stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales.
4. Ability to analyze emerging market trends and adapt retail strategies accordingly.
5. Extensive experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing retail teams.
6. Strong understanding of key retail financial metrics and effective expense management techniques.
7. High degree of adaptability to new situations, technologies, and market conditions.
8. Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant retail experience in the beauty industry, luxury products, or higher segment consumer goods is required.
