Guerlain Public Relations Intern

- Support the PR & Marketing Manager in achieving key departmental objectives, including driving EMV across social channels and securing press coverage.
- Assist in organizing press and influencer launches, including travel arrangements and itinerary compilation.
- Serve as the primary contact for journalists, efficiently handling and logging press inquiries.
- Conduct daily media reviews for coverage and articles of interest.
- Ensure timely dispatch of new launches and manage gifting processes.
- Plan, organize, and execute events for product launches and key in-store moments.
- Maintain and update media and influencer contact databases.
- Manage and distribute print and online press coverage using the Clippings platform.
- Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity, creating campaigns around influencer activations.
- Control and order stock for new launches and send-outs.
- Compile internal reports and conduct competitor analysis.
- Perform administrative duties, including using SAP for purchase orders and budget tracking.
- Ensure all assets for upcoming launches are properly archived.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task completion and deadline adherence.
- Passion for public relations and media.
- Interest in UK fashion, beauty, and lifestyle blogging.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
