Guerlain Project Management Assistant Intern

1. Assist in monitoring the content of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
2. Develop visual frameworks for merchandising and digital platforms in collaboration with internal and external graphic designers.
3. Contribute to the preparation of international meetings and other key events.
4. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with art directors.
5. Update campaign tracking tools, including visual boards, regulatory compliance for model visuals, and campaign schedules.
6. Coordinate and oversee the production of reference proofs for markets, liaising with project managers, art directors, and printers.
7. Engage in certain cross-functional projects with the project manager.
8. Occasionally administer the internal tool providing teams with campaign visuals and films.

1. Enrolled in a Grande École of Commerce or Communication.
2. Previous experience in project management is advantageous.

3. Proactive and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required, but some project management experience is beneficial.

Currently pursuing higher education in a Grande École of Commerce or Communication.
