Guerlain Private Client Relations Manager

- Act as the Guerlain ambassador for Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them about the brand through brand inductions and experiential events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and organizing exclusive events.
- Plan, organize, and host VIC events, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for high-value customers.
- Coordinate with headquarters in Paris for organizing exclusive experiences for Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
- Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan and execute brand partnership initiatives for recruiting new VIC customers.
- Manage customer relations throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Work with counter managers and the CRM team to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for a personalized approach.
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs
- Proficiency in sales planning techniques
- Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Basic PC skills
- Expert knowledge of Guerlain history and products (for internal candidates)
- Preferably expert level in skincare or fragrance
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales within luxury brands or roles involving significant interaction with department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs.
University degree or equivalent
