Guerlain People and Culture Intern

- Provide administrative and logistical support for training, including managing administrative files and organizing logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Monitor the billing process related to training activities.
- Administer the 360 Learning platform, including user profile management and tracking usage KPIs.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including organizing integration seminars and managing e-learning modules.
- Manage editorial content on the intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN' for both France and international audiences.
- Support internal events, including logistical management for key company events.
- Lead a cross-functional project based on intern's interests and business needs, such as redesigning integration pathways or creating internal events.
- Ensure budget tracking reliability and complete training dossiers.
- Maintain high rates of new hires receiving 'Welcome Packs' and completing e-learning on time.
- Foster effective interaction and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
