Guerlain International Visual Merchandising Project Manager - Makeup

- Develop and create point-of-sale displays and animations in collaboration with the Makeup Marketing and Business Development teams, ensuring weekly validations and daily progress tracking with modeling and creative agencies.
- Oversee the deployment of permanent displays for retail chains in collaboration with operational marketing, business development, purchasing, logistics, finance, and markets.
- Partner with purchasing teams for the development of animation displays, ensuring weekly progress tracking, plan validation, and coordination with execution agencies and the artistic direction.
- Manage weekly scheduling in partnership with purchasing and logistics, and conduct monthly budget tracking.
- Coordinate launch planograms with business development.
- Draft, present, and disseminate Merchandising guidelines, including 3D models, principle plans, technical documents, text layouts, material recommendations, and color codes.
- Lead weekly meetings with market/regional merchandisers, supporting them in the operational adaptation of point-of-sale displays.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, Architecture, or equivalent, with a preference for graduates from ENSAD, ENSAAMA, or Penninghen.
- 2-3 years of experience in ephemeral architecture/design roles within an agency or company, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
- High creativity and autonomy with a keen aesthetic sense and a rigorous functional approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multitask proactively and effectively.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering software.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 3 years in architecture/design roles, particularly in ephemeral animations, within the luxury or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
