1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Guerlain, embodying its history, values, and expertise.
2. Oversee reception and retail tasks with a high level of professionalism.
3. Manage client reservations through various channels including in-person, phone, and email.
4. Coordinate group arrivals in collaboration with relevant departments.
5. Maintain and optimize scheduling and appointment slots.
6. Welcome clients upon arrival and departure, handling billing and payments.
7. Manage daily accounting, client accounts, and ensure end-of-day financial reconciliation.
8. Address client inquiries regarding institute operations, pricing, and services.
9. Resolve conflicts and handle complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
10. Promote additional services and products, including gift vouchers.
11. Stay informed about Guerlain's direction and market trends through available resources.
12. Restock retail product shelves as needed.
13. Assist in training new colleagues on daily reception tasks.
14. Contribute to client recruitment and achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

1. Minimum one year of experience in hotel reception or luxury spa environments.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
