Guerlain Information Systems Support Intern

1. Train new purchase order managers and approvers within various headquarters departments on SAP.
2. Assist in project support and management for SAP applications, Hanalive (SAP add-ins), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI, including report creation and optimization.
3. Maintain analytical data in SAP, including the creation of internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and its European subsidiaries upon request.
4. Provide support for SAP, BI, and other access rights requests using Open Up.
5. Initiate analytical transactions for CO/PA allocations and verify internal order postings during monthly closings in collaboration with Guerlain SAS general accounting.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Interest in information systems.
3. Strong attention to detail and autonomy.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
