3. Manage school partnerships by coordinating business cases, school forums, and on-campus presentations to enhance campus engagement strategy.
4. Enhance employer branding both online and offline by creating content and organizing events on platforms such as LinkedIn and Jobteaser.
5. Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and HR reporting systems, focusing on continuous improvement and candidate experience.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Bac +4/5).
