Guerlain Human Resources Controlling Intern

1. Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France and consolidation of international workforce data.
2. Contribute to the development of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
3. Prepare boutique reporting and update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-up files.
4. Participate in the budgetary exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce management, ensuring data consolidation and coherence.
5. Prepare ad hoc queries as needed.
6. Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the Group's HRIS (LVMH Talent).
7. Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
8. Participate in data cleaning campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and engaged approach to tasks.
3. Teamwork capabilities, with recognized interpersonal skills and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with databases; knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required; suitable for students.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.

The internship is a conventioned position available from January 2026 for a duration of six months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
