Guerlain Human Resources Controlling Intern

- Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports, including workforce reporting for France and consolidation of international workforce data.
- Contribute to the development of the HR dashboard, presenting monthly HR KPIs.
- Prepare boutique reporting and update workforce tracking tables for the Works Council and training follow-up files.
- Participate in the budgetary exercise, focusing on payroll and workforce management, ensuring data consolidation and coherence.
- Prepare ad hoc queries as needed.
- Prepare the monthly ADP payroll software interface for the Group's HRIS (LVMH Talent).
- Support the deployment of the 'My Beauty Talent' project.
- Participate in data cleaning campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field with a focus on Finance or Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and engaged approach to tasks.
- Teamwork capabilities, with recognized interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with databases; knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for students.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
The internship is a conventioned position available from January 2026 for a duration of six months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
