Guerlain Finance Intern - Travel Retail
Guerlain, a prestigious name in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics industry, is part of the esteemed LVMH group. - Monitor and analyze the weekly portfolio for the travel retail market.
- Serve as an alert system for potential issues.
- Develop and analyze reports for operational and finance teams during monthly closings.
- Track sell-out data and consolidate results from all regions.
- Review turnover and P&L, and track expenses by nature.
- Verify data consistency across IT systems such as SAP, Orion, and Syrus.
- Coordinate budgetary processes for the Travel Retail regions.
- Consolidate and analyze revised and budget data.
- Contribute to the creation of worldwide budget presentations for top management.
- Create and distribute monthly Outlook reports for turnover forecasts.
- Consolidate data and ensure consistency in feedback.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including CAPEX analysis and monitoring work-in-progress items.
- Develop specific presentations for top management.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on finance.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and committed approach to work.
- Excellent team-working abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of finance (P&L) and accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's level in business school or equivalent university education with a focus on finance.
