Guerlain Finance Intern - Travel Retail

1. Monitor and analyze the weekly portfolio for the travel retail market.
2. Serve as an alert system for potential issues.
3. Develop and analyze reports for operational and finance teams during monthly closings.
4. Track sell-out data and consolidate results from all regions.
5. Review turnover and P&L, and track expenses by nature.
6. Verify data consistency across IT systems such as SAP, Orion, and Syrus.
7. Coordinate budgetary processes for the Travel Retail regions.
8. Consolidate and analyze revised and budget data.
9. Contribute to the creation of worldwide budget presentations for top management.
10. Create and distribute monthly Outlook reports for turnover forecasts.
11. Consolidate data and ensure consistency in feedback.
12. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including CAPEX analysis and monitoring work-in-progress items.
13. Develop specific presentations for top management.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on finance.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Proactive and committed approach to work.
3. Excellent team-working abilities and interpersonal skills.
4. Solid knowledge of finance (P&L) and accounting.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Familiarity with SAP and Essbase (Orion) is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's level in business school or equivalent university education with a focus on finance.
