Guerlain Europe Commercial Coordinator Intern

1. Serve as the primary contact for 25 export countries regarding market performance reporting.
2. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, training, e-retail, merchandising, and finance.
3. Consolidate and analyze regional data and figures such as sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and business plans.
4. Support Area Managers and the Project Manager KAM in commercial operations, project coordination, and business plan updates.
5. Lead budget feedback presentations to export countries alongside Area Managers.
6. Assist the Project Manager KAM in enhancing the brand's digital presence in export markets.
7. Conduct occasional analyses for commercial decisions including A&P budgets, product launches, and assortment planning.

1. 4th or 5th year business school student

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills for managing sales data.
2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Fluency in English and good command of French.
5. Adaptability and a proactive attitude.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business school, 4th or 5th year.
