1. Support the day-to-day relationship with eRetailers and their digital teams, ensuring exceptional client service.
2. Assist the eRetail Manager in forming and executing joint business plan proposals and omni-channel marketing plans.
3. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of partnership deliverables and manage all paid activities.
4. Proactively secure and manage FOC visibilities on eRetail platforms.
5. Perform regular audits of eRetailer sites to ensure brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines.
6. Collaborate with Marketing and Buying teams to optimize product catalogues and ensure enriched product pages.
7. Manage and update e-trade plans and sales performance trackers, providing weekly trade performance reports.

1. Knowledge of the UK market and beauty industry.
2. Inherent interest in the luxury industry and beauty.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
4. Analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit.
5. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Beginner level experience in e-retail is advantageous.
