Guerlain E-commerce Intern

- Contribute to the creation of e-merchandising guidelines to support product launches and commercial highlights, collaborating closely with marketing teams and participating in strategic validation meetings.
- Develop assets and webmastering briefs necessary for implementing guidelines, coordinating with various e-merchandising production chain roles such as graphic designers, copywriters, webmasters, and product owners.
- Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, and provide recommendations to evolve guidelines.
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs.
- Coordinate the implementation of e-merchandising guidelines with webmasters across 31 global sites.
- Serve as the e-merchandising reference for markets, assisting with local adaptations.
- Participate in contributions, testing, and support ticket creation.
- Engage in continuous optimization projects for Guerlain.com, including new customer journeys, content enrichment, and adherence to the site's graphic charter.
- Student in a business school, communication, or equivalent university program (Bac +4/+5).
- Previous internship experience.
- Strong interest in digital marketing.
- Attention to detail and proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CMS is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for students with prior internship experience.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in business, communication, or a related field.
This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2026, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
