1. Develop the Guerlain CRM strategy and annual action plan to support business objectives with clear goals and metrics.
2. Define consumer journeys based on segmentation and client behaviors to enhance CRM creativity and relevance.
3. Shape both online and offline campaigns in alignment with key markets.
4. Ensure regular updates of marketing campaigns into CRM and SMS systems.
5. Identify and manage partnerships to expand the customer database and acquire new high-profile clientele.
6. Oversee project management for CRM and SMS systems setup and new loyalty programs.

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in CRM projects within business units or global organizations.
2. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
3. Fluency in English.

2. Strong analytical and statistical competencies.
3. Knowledge of data infrastructure and data flows.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
5. Willingness to drive innovative ideas into implementation.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 USD.
