Guerlain CRM & Clienteling Coordinator

- Support the CRM & Clienteling Manager and Intern in executing the CRM & Clienteling Communications Calendar and initiatives.
- Coordinate end-to-end CRM & Clienteling communications, ensuring timely execution by overseeing briefing, creative adaptation, proofing, targeting, and deployment.
- Develop bespoke CRM & Clienteling communications by executing pre-defined campaign plans and collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update email creative using the Dartagnan tool.
- Execute direct mail campaigns, partnering with printing agencies and preparing gifting materials.
- Provide logistical support for clienteling campaigns, including stock management and gift preparation.
- Collaborate with UK Sales and CRM teams to develop bespoke communications for retail partners.
- Assist with database management tasks and data acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee weekly loyalty gift orders and supervise loyalty programme stock inventory.
- Assist with regular reporting to provide visibility of resource allocation and monitor campaign impact.
- Produce performance reports on CRM & Clienteling campaigns using Google Analytics, CRM BI, and data extracts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a similar role within the luxury goods or FMCG retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies.
- Proficiency in CRM campaign tools and digital platforms such as Dartagnan.
- Client-centric mindset with experience in CRM, customer services, or retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for analysis and reporting, with experience in Google Analytics and PowerBI.
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
- Attention to detail and proactive adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a similar role in luxury goods or FMCG retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies.
