1. Monitor and develop artistic collaborations, focusing on creative development of exceptional pieces in fragrance, skincare, and makeup in collaboration with artists and artisans, while coordinating with marketing, packaging development, legal, and communication teams.
2. Support and accompany cultural programming, including photography and contemporary art exhibitions such as 'Women for Art' and 'Paris + by Art Basel'.
3. Manage and support Culture and Heritage initiatives, including overseeing the installation of pieces in Guerlain's Reserve of Sublimes, organizing and archiving unarchived stock, implementing a new collection management tool, and assisting in organizing exhibitions and conferences.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business school or equivalent university program.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks proactively and diligently.

1. Proficiency in drafting speeches, articles, and texts.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
4. A keen interest in art.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress (Bac+5) in business or equivalent field.
