1. Drive sales development and brand equity across Japan Travel Retail, ensuring the achievement of sales, market share, and profitability targets.
2. Implement brand plans in alignment with corporate guidelines, maintaining operational excellence and brand integrity.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with key Travel Retail clients, providing exceptional service to build lasting partnerships.
4. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for profitable growth in key retail locations.
5. Negotiate trade terms, including space, location, assortment, and pricing, ensuring all legal contracts are signed and accurately mapped.
6. Provide monthly sell-out reports and market insights.
7. Manage and analyze P&L, preparing presentations for top management and conducting monthly expense and profitability reviews.
8. Lead a team of retail professionals, fostering strategic relationships with accounts and driving retailer insights.
9. Ensure the execution of marketing, merchandising, and retail strategies, including the implementation of 360 launch plans and retailtainment strategies.
10. Coordinate E-Retail strategy execution, aligning with Guerlain HQ processes and ensuring timely campaign execution.
11. Develop and implement a selective and productive distribution strategy for the country.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in sales development and brand management.
3. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
