1. Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets at the point of sale.
2. Meet retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs monthly.
3. Sell Dior products by meeting client needs and providing exceptional service following the D.I.O.R. method.
4. Educate customers on the Dior brand and products.
5. Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
6. Report weekly on store performance to the Retail Manager.
7. Gather and report market and competition trends, identifying development opportunities with the Area Manager.
8. Manage the team daily, fostering team spirit and energy.
9. Ensure team adherence to Dior strategy, goals, and standards.
10. Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
11. Coach and develop team skills and knowledge using Dior tools and training materials.
12. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
13. Oversee the annual review process for all store employees.
14. Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
15. Manage payroll and overtime using the in-store system (Tamigo).
16. Support incentives calculations and ensure compliance with legal labor rules.
17. Lead clienteling and CRM activities.
18. Animate the implementation and success of Dior launch plans and animations.
19. Manage internal and external communications for successful events.
20. Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
21. Ensure a client and service-centric mindset in the team.
22. Leverage client data to enhance loyalty and recruitment.
23. Meet annual voice of client standards as defined by corporate.
24. Organize and host in-store events such as beauty classes.
25. Ensure operational excellence and manage counter rotas.
26. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing sales data.
27. Ensure compliance with sales, till, cash, and stock management procedures.
28. Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
29. Ensure team health and safety management aligns with guidelines.
30. Coordinate with the retail team for POS maintenance and logistics.
31. Support team IT needs and processes, flagging issues to relevant departments.
32. Manage relationships with retailers and report issues to the Retail Manager.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales.
2. Experience within the retail market.
3. Experience working in a department store is advantageous.
4. Proven sales record and ability to deliver on KPIs.
5. Experience in motivating and leading a small team is advantageous.
6. Coaching experience in a similar role.
7. Previous in-store eventing experience.
