1. Achieve sales and profitability targets at the point of sale.
2. Contribute to store and service KPIs monthly.
3. Sell Dior products by meeting client needs and providing exceptional service.
4. Educate customers on Dior brand and products.
5. Lead the sales team by example and maintain a welcoming boutique environment.
6. Report weekly store performance to the Retail Manager.
7. Gather and report market and competition trends.
8. Manage and motivate the team, ensuring team spirit and energy.
9. Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
10. Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
11. Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
12. Oversee the annual review process for store employees.
13. Assist in recruiting, developing, and retaining team members.
14. Manage payroll and overtime accurately using in-store systems.
15. Support incentive calculations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
16. Lead clienteling and CRM activities.
17. Implement and manage Dior launch plans and animations.
18. Organize and host in-store events such as beauty classes.
19. Ensure operational excellence and manage counter rotas.
20. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing sales data.
21. Ensure adherence to sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
22. Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
23. Coordinate POS maintenance and logistics with the retail team.
24. Manage relationships with retailers and report issues to the Retail Manager.

1. At least 3 years of experience in fragrance or cosmetics sales.
2. Experience in the retail market.
3. Experience in a department store is advantageous.
4. Proven sales record and ability to deliver on KPIs.
5. Experience in motivating and leading a small team is advantageous.
6. Coaching experience in a similar role.
7. Previous in-store eventing experience.
