- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.

- 15+ years in store management, with experience in a regional role.
- Proven track record in developing and achieving clienteling activities.
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams such as HR, Store Operations, and Merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic focus with the ability to collaborate on strategy development.

Base salary range of $270,000 - $300,000, subject to geographic differentials.
