Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and market presence.
- Ensure a consistent client experience by working closely with the team on the selling floor.
- Support the development and motivation of Client Advisors through regular feedback and performance discussions.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing duties and leading morning briefings.
- Drive cross-category sales and ensure team proficiency across all product lines.
- Oversee client engagement strategies to build long-lasting relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets according to guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all operations.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Demonstrated success in driving positive client experiences and building loyalty.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range is $85,000 USD to $98,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
