Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.

- Drive clienteling activities and develop action plans to achieve client experience goals.
- Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
- Lead and support local events and product launches to meet sales targets.
- Manage client flow and resolve service issues to enhance client relationships.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of competition and local market trends.
- Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors for ongoing development.
- Conduct performance conversations and develop action plans with the team.
- Lead engaging briefings and ensure cross-category focus in sales.
- Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
- Manage employee relations in partnership with Store Directors and HR.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyze store results and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and stock management.
- Ensure optimal adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Base salary range is $95,000 USD to $105,000 USD, subject to geographic differentials.
