1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve store objectives while maintaining operational integrity.
2. Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full-price selling.
4. Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through training initiatives.
5. Establish client relationships and propose local events to enhance customer loyalty.
6. Execute superior customer service and after-sales experiences to retain clientele.
7. Support CRM initiatives and supervise customer data capture for personalized client development.
8. Adhere to company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards.
9. Conduct loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations to minimize shrinkage.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize company assets.
11. Assist in talent management, including coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
12. Recruit and retain a high-performing team while ensuring a branded onboarding experience for new hires.

1. Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
5. Ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4-6 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
