Gucci Team Manager

1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members on the selling floor.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client engagement.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting brand values and initiatives.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for team members.
6. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, as Manager on Duty.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Utilize clienteling tools to build and maintain client relationships.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and product launches.
10. Monitor product performance and propose action plans to achieve sales goals.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage store assets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Base salary range: $81,000 USD to $90,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program.
