1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Develop team members through recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experience and manage client relationships to drive loyalty and acquisition.
6. Conduct performance and development conversations with team members.
7. Monitor and analyze store performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Support visual merchandising standards and optimize stock management.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Base salary range is $70,000 USD to $75,000 USD, dependent on geographic location and other factors.
