Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Manage stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Communicate company set KPIs and develop strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
- Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
- Proactively follow current competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
- Oversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
- Partner with Market Director and Human Resources for all employee relations issues.
- Manage the achievement of business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
- Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
- Monitor monthly CRM database reporting to capture meaningful customer data.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, etc., while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget.
- Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices and cash disbursement policies.
- Comply with all Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee processing of daily merchandise requests and shipments.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and timely submission of payroll records.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
- Maintain organization of company assets per guidelines.
- Maintain the borrow log and consignment program.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $112,500 USD to $125,000 USD. Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
