1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensuring high levels of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full price selling.
5. Train associates on brand pillars and season strategy, collaborating with internal departments for product support.
6. Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to enhance client engagement.
9. Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
6. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
8. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
