1. Organize and maintain files and paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate submission to corporate offices.
2. Assist the Operations Manager in procuring store and office supplies.
3. Ensure daily organization and operational efficiency in back-of-house areas.
4. Facilitate store transfer requests, charge sends, and product inquiries.
5. Assist with updating required templates, logs, and team shift schedules.
6. Support the shipping and receiving process, reporting issues to the Store Manager and taking necessary steps to resolve them.
7. Analyze store operational performance data.
8. Process inventory and manage central cash transactions as part of store error handling and performance monitoring.

1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail.

2. Proficiency in Excel and technology-savvy skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze information, identify priorities, and solve problems.

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the retail sector is required.
